Lancaster County Board of Supervisors 11/24
 


Lancaster Board of Supervisors has approved Northern Neck Audubon Society's proposal for an association with the county to support and protect Chesapeake Trail.

The county will retain ownership of the approx. 12 acre property, which used to be part of the Corrotoman River Nature Trail, and NNAS will steward the property, support the trail and timbered area renovation. A conservation easement will be placed to protect it.
